What is Prospero Health?

Obesity treatment involves more than what happens at an appointment.

The Prospero App helps you keep track of your symptoms, appetite and mood, see patterns in how you’re going, and access evidence-based information throughout your treatment journey.

Designed with people with lived experience of obesity and healthcare professionals, Prospero works alongside your existing healthcare — helping you feel more informed and better prepared for conversations with your care team.

TRACK YOUR SYMPTOMS

Listen to your body

Easily track your symptoms day-to-day to better understand your health and notice patterns over time.

With simple tools, you can identify changes and make informed decisions, whether managing a condition or monitoring your progress.

UNDERSTAND YOUR APPETITE

Head, Heart & Stomach

Understand what drives your eating behaviour with our unique Head, Heart & Stomach hunger tracking system.

  • Head Hunger: When your mind tells you to eat, even if your body doesn’t need it. This can be triggered by cravings, food cues, or social media.

  • Heart Hunger: Emotional hunger that comes from feelings like stress, sadness, or boredom. Often called emotional eating, it doesn’t always leave you feeling satisfied.

  • Stomach Hunger: Physical hunger when your body genuinely needs food. It often comes with signs like a grumbling stomach or feeling cranky.

If you’re prescribed an Obesity Management Medication, such as a GLP-1 receptor agonist, tracking your appetite and symptoms can help you describe how you’re going and have clearer conversations with your care provider — including discussions about your dosage.

Prospero Health is a tracking tool to support understanding and communication, but it doesn’t provide medical advice or change your treatment.
